The Bunnycup designs sew out beautifully.

Designs by Juju has an applique set, very cute!

I am sure that I have seen some free russian dolls but can not remember where. I wiil look around and see if I can find some. As many people we have here on Cute, I am sure that someone has used the design and may have it saved so they can get back to the site. I have never had a need for one of them so I did not save it. Good Luck and I will search around.
