Thanks, I will give her the address. She lives in Centurion, South Africa so does not know Adelaide at all. I will check out the site, thanks again for all your help.

Hi, I don't know where your friend lives in Adelaide, but Melann's, at Dernancourt used to sell the smocking machines. I assume they still do. If they don't sell them anymore they will be able to tell you where to get one from.
