I went to myembroiderygardens new website to get the 2nd half of the butterfly alpha N-Z I got the A thru M just fine at her main site so I joined the new one mygardened.com, I went to the download page I click on download and even though each letter is at least 159kb they will only download upto around 66kbs thus the are "corrupt" all 13 letters are doing it no matter what time of day I have tried.

I just wanted everyone to know that Yoriko emailed me from Japan and will help me get this all striaghtened out when she returns. She Is oh so busy with paperwork and chores right now in Japan. A very very nice lady indeed.
Thank you to everyone who tried to help maybe someday they will eliminate this "dialup" system and everyone will have at least DSL.

Just a thought....do you have enough space where you are downloading them to? I had that happen to me before and every file stopped at the same point that I tried to download.

Yes I do I have 80 Gbs of which I am only using 5 GB so plenty of space thanks for the tip though.

Thanks for all your help but it is still doing it it stops at 66kbs and says download complete but it is still corrupt. I have tried at different times through out today.

Could be her site is too busy and that is why downloads aren't working properly.

I put designs in my cart and was emailed them, but cannot open them!!! Will try again later. Judy

After sign in on the new site, I had to order each letter (N-Z). After the order was complete (no charge), I just went to my account and downloaded them. HTH

You might try to go in and check your account and then try to download them there again. I had trouble with one or two letters and just went to my account and downloaded from there it worked fine. I am sure you will get those. Sara

I too downloaded A-M but couldn't download all of N-Z, only I think O-S so I kept those and logged off then went back to the site an hour or so later and managed to get the rest. Hope this helps.

You could try a download "helper" and see if that works for you. I kept getting a lot of corrupted files until I started using Firefox and an add on called "DownThemAll" to download my designs. It has saved me a lot of hassle and anguish. I wish you much luck in getting the designs!

Firefox is a different way of accessing the internet like Windows Internet Explorer. Some people love it i am not aa big fan but there are other downloading helpers out there just not dialup friendly saddly enough. maybe she will give you a link to Motzilla to get Firefox so you can give it a try. Or just google it

I had no problem with all of the free downloads. One I paid for however was corrupt and than did not show up later in the download manager of my account. Send e-mail through the website to Yoriko only to inform her and asked her to e-mail the file once she gets back. No hurry. Of course the next day she responded and I received my file. She is very responsive to any problems one has.

I had no trouble, just put the designs in my cart and then went to account and downloaded.

I put mine in my shopping cart as to buy, but sinces they are free theres no charge. filled out my name address ect ect. confirmed everything. Then downloaded my from my account. I had no problem. But I'm sure if you has paid for them you would be well taken care of. Good luck... flowers and hugs to you all here.

I wonder if I should try a order them again? I thought maybe it was a website problem but if everyone else got theirs then it is just me.
Maybe some kind of glitch somewhere?
I sent an email at her site but since she is on vacation I will just wait don't want to bug her over this while she is away.

I'm sure if it happened and you had paid for it you would contact Yoriko and she would help you out. Since she is out of town I'm not sure what to to do for you at the moment. I think you should contact her through her website or through a PM here (her name is manami here). She will get the message eventually.
Maybe someone else will be able to help more.
