I am glad it worked out for you. Brother can be difficult to deal with and I am saying this as a former dealer of knitting machines. I am sure Spotlight deserves the Brownie points.
Brother wanted spotlight to lend me an embroidery machine for 2 weeks while mt wee one was being fixed but Spotlight said NO. No brownie points for spotlight very rude salesperson who begrudgingly gave me my money back.

WOW that is great! I'm glad Brother does stand behind their machines. But for Spotlight to refund you the money was even better. Were you the one that bought it from them and they told you it was new, but it wasn't? I thought I saw someone on here that had that problem. Well Great news anyway!
