This was part of a cooperative digitizing event. Glenn Harris sponsors them (or used to sponsor them). They were like inter-site design hunts! So, Granny Goose Designs digitized the letter D for what appears to be an Underwater World kind of Alpha. She provides a link to the Glenn Harris site beside her design. The whole alpha is no longer available (as some of the people who digitized letters have since removed them from their own sites). This alphabet comes from all different digitizers and sites. It isn't only about dolphins but sea creatures. I added the link for you. Since it is quite old some of the letters are missing or don't have any links on his site.
