echo studies done at the same time, and I will get the results from my referring Dr. on Wednesday, 4/21/10. The test was not as bad as I had imagined (imagination sometimes can be a BAD thing!); there are 4 people in the room, each one responsible for monitoring you in a different way during the test; they were all very nice, and went out of their way to make me as comfortable as possible. Soooo, Cuties, if you are facing a stress echo test on your heart, and they are going to raise your heartrate with medication, not exercise, fear not! :-)
I've got to finish packing my little overnight bag and head out to the hospital to spend the night (notice I did not say SLEEP! LOL) getting the right settings, etc., for my new sleeping partner, Mr. C. PAP. -- ah, here we go! His and Hers; hey maybe I could embroider labels for the machines! Like His and Hers towels! LOL
I thank you all from the bottom of my heart (which apparently is working o.k. from tests so far!) for your prayers and words of love and encouragement. I knew the Cutie community was great, but I never expected such an outpouring of compassion as I received. Thank you, thank you, thank you!
I will update you after I see the Dr. and get the results on Wednesday.
Oh, on a happy note, I go back to the Dr. that did the foot surgery in two more weeks, and, at that time, he says I will be able to wear a regular shoe most of the time & switch to the surgical shoe when I feel I need to, based on how my foot feels. Yaaaaaaaaaay!!!! REAL SHOES!!!
