Help ! I have been asked to make a poodle shirt...does anyone know a site with a pattern or free instruction????

I have made them before when my youngest GD was in a Little Miss Florida, and they had a 50's theme that they had to have. Instead of doing the poodle like eveyone else did, we did a design like an old 45 record, and the music staff and lots of sequins. They were so cute, for they were all 2 & 3 year olds.

I'm sorry, the first 2 links were not very good skirt instructions. Look at these and see what you understand best. I usually use a pattern, I buy them when they have $1.00 sales so I have circle skirts patterns in all sizes now.
