@mary51 Thanks for the thanks. We've got them now this way :-)
As for the instructions, maybe you could help us make it more clearly?
The point is, that online-froms are used by spam-robots a lot, so with easy forms one recieves 500+ emails of selling porn and viagra a day... Thus, we've added one field with text which needs to be DELETED before the form is send off. (Only few bots are clever enough for that.) So, filling the form with a message, an email (has to be in form name@something.something or you could leave the anonym@geheim.net) and a name, but DELETING all text of the last field is the way to go...

Anyway, we did have some spam-filter problems during March-Mai and whoever messaged us during this period might not have got his message through... :-(
