Neat Neat Neat!!! Need I say more they are beautiful. Thank you. we all will be making some.
These are so cute.....I have to go out to the garage to rummage aroung looking for some unfinished wood candle holders. Thanks you are inspiring me
Very fancy pin cushions - my mother made one years ago out of a sundae dish & it still looks loverly & every year she changes the fabric to a new one xx
I have covered a empty tuna/salmon can with fabric & embroidered a cake on top. Stuff it & finish the same way as above & you have a Cupcake pincushion!
thats a great idea.. thank you
now all i have to do is make the kids some tuna salade :)
How great is that? You did a wonderful job. I will have to try one. Thanks for sharing. Judy
These are great, what a clever idea. You ladies are so talented and come up with some of the neatest ideas
These look great, and a great place to get these candle holders would be either the Dollar Tree, or the resaes shops. I can not believe how many of these I gave away just not too long ago.
I know the feeling. I garage sale every weekend in the summer and i have passed these by many times. I got these ones from the local salvation army thrift store for 50 cents. I'll be on the look out this summer for sure. I think i'll make these for christmas for my sister and sister inlaws.

Cute idea!! You may have a whole new thing going here. please share your pattern and we will all be running down to the Dollar Store for candle holders.
lol... i'll be right behind you.. I just used a guilt block pattren for the design and i used a dvd for the circle, then i cut a rectangle piece and sewed a little pocket down one side for the string to go into, then sewed it around the circle, put the string in and stuffed it with batting and then put the candle stick in the hole and pulled really tight and tied it up. It was simple.
