April 30, 2010, this was made for a family member to hang on her hospital room door after delivery of her second baby. All the pieces were freebies and I, as usual, change each to the way I want them to look. I added a center loop to each piece for extra hangers. The stars are not fsl but are done with a piece of organza, I made one similar to this for my sons first born but the 'Welcome' piece had the baby's name instead. Behind is a 2 yard piece of organza cut lengthwise in half then made into a bow, I sewed the 2 halves together but only pinked the edges. Because the entire piece is light using tape is enough to attach to the door.
