I renewed my membership when the Mother's Day special was offered. It has not shown up on my membership yet. How long does that take to update? Thanks, Maureen

Mine was immediate also. Did you by chance use a different log on or email? Use the contact link as others suggested.

Mine got added on almost immidiately. Do check with Veronika and check wether the charge really went through also. Veronika is very prompt with her reply and fix.

I'm not sure. I renewed on My 3rd and I just checked and it is added on. You should send a message to Veronika at "contact us" at the bottom of the page.
