I love Embroidered neccessities designs. Fantastic work Roslyn *****
Roslyn, this is just beautiful. I love your work. You make look easy.
You really do some lovely work, which brings me to a question I would like to ask! Do you soak your FSL before you attach it to the material in the centre? I have just done some filet crochet on the machine, and will put it round a rectangle of material, but can't decide which is the best way to finish it without messing it up! *4U
Thanks. NO I attach the lace to the material first. It's much easier to attach then. I also use odds of the stabiliser to STARCH the fabric. That also makes it easier to work with, either by attaching the lace or embroidery. For the Embroidery I also use tear-a-way as well
This is just beautiful! I went in for a very close-up and it is also sheer perfection(as usual). There is not a pucker or what looks like a wrinkle anywhere. I really need to get my machines serviced but I am about 4 1/2 hrs away from the dealer I bought them from and If I use one of these around Atlanta, I will have to pay out of this world just to get them serviced. I just try to keep them clean and going until I can get back to my HOME town. You deserve many more flowers than just the 1 each that we can give! Hugs, Linda
Thank you so much Linda.Your comment is much Appreciated. I get my machines done every year as they do get a work out.hehehe
Oops meant also to say that I starch my fabric too for extra support. You know all the little bits you have left from cutting around the edges and such -unusable little bits-I dissolved that and use it to stiffen the material, dry and then iron. Makes working so much easier I still use tear-a-away as well
This is very pretty - I still have the room available in Florida if you want to come "teach". LOL
Absolutely beautiful. You are putting us to shame.
Beautiful work and a great choice of colours Ros. Love your work. Hugs Claire
