superposed over each other. I down loaded them in HUS & PES until I could figure out which one I was going to use. One tiny bit oversize and the PES will not work and I have to have HUS. On the A, the B was run in the same design in both formats. On the B and the bear alone that Veronika gave us today, they were both okay. Has anyone else had this problem and what in the world would cause that? The PES and the HUS A-BAD & B-JUST FINE, so I do not have a usable A. I do not know what to do to download it so the Cuties can see what I am looking at. I keep all of the unfinished alpha's in one file in different folders until they are finished then I take them out and place them when they are finished. This is the only problem I have had with any of the alpha's except that I can not find Ricky's Flag F and I do know that I downloaded it. It is my initial! I thought to myself when I downloaded that I would do it for my son. That is my problem. I just put it in with something else, I guess. Please, someone tell me that you had the same problem with the bear A. I do not want to be the only crazy one!!!!heehee Thanks , Linda

Not sure if i got the description right:
you opened both designs to see if one of it is slightliy bigger than the other?
You opened both designs in one window to see this?
My idea is: you accidently pressed "save" instead of "save as" while both designs were opened.
And unfortunately I have no idea how you could get it back.. this "decision" was final, I'm afraid.

I have had this happen to me from several different sites even designs I purchased you need to get some conversion software first. download one in a format that looks good then convert it to your format.
Ocassionally this will not work and then I just leave it in my folder as PES or HUS or whichever (I Use JEF) and when I combine it to make the words I need just bring it into my combining software and save it as the word in my format and it has worked everytime.

I downloaded the A in the pes format and no problems. The B also is OK. I have no idea what went wrong.

I missed the A yesterday, so I D/L both A & B today. No problem. I used Pes. Hugs, Judy

What are we supposed to do to get the A now that it is gone? Some of us had the problem and some did not. An alphabet is no good at all without an A.... It is such a darling design and my 3 great grands would just love it on anything I should,could or would have put it on. Since I am not the only one with the problem, do you think that Veronika will check it and put the A back up if she finds a problem when she checks? I had not had the chance to even look at it until I came from Dr today. I was in and out of bed all day yesterday. Oh, I was so s-i-c-k. I mostly stayed between the bathroom and the bed the biggest portion of the day on Thurs. I have no idea if it was a virus or just my nerves but I sure was glad this morning did not send me running back and to from bed to bathroom.
I got what designs that had to be downloaded yesterday but did little else.

Sorry your having a problem, I downloaded them with no problem. Hopefully someone can come along and tell you what the problem is. Sara

At least I thought I did not have a porblem till today when I went to stitch A and downloaded to my card and then it hit me when I put the card in the machine I had A&B together with the Bear font and the purple font same thing.I thought I was going crazy. Anybody got a clue to fix the problem. Sara help!

I only checked my A and B funny bear designs are on top of one another too. I downloaded JEF, and did not check earlier.

I have found the same thing happening when I try to download some of the alpa's on the Cute site, and thought that it must be my computer where the fault lies. It has only been happening with the alpha's. When I tried to download the lovely Embossed Tulip Pack today, the same thing happened. Wonder whether whe are doing something wrong. I found that if I download some of the alphas (packs), and not open the zips, I can get them of single by just opening the designs on my Amazing box. I can then at least download the different designs on my Amazing box.
I am no boffin on computers, so it leaves me with a problem too.
Mabe there is some one who can help us, among the computer boffins on Cute.

I, too, downloaded the design in several formats just now (PES, HUS, DST, Jef and VIP) and they were all OK.

I downloade all the alpha so far and I didn't find anything wrong with any one of them.

I just downloaded the A in ART, PES, and HUS and didn't see anything wrong. Perhaps it was already corrected?
