board, studs, floor joists, the floor, etc! What a mess & I'm sitting here in a mask as I'm alergic to mold & can't go into our den without coughing, eyes burning, etc. Who ever looks behind their dryer! Another 8 inches & I'd have seen it without looking behind it!! Yuk! Guess I'm getting a "new" laundry room!

Oh My. The 2 of us seem to be in the same boat. Wish we could both go somewhere healthy until our problems are fixed. I've been told to wear a mask when it is windy (when is not windy on the Plains of the US) to protect my lungs from whatever is annoying me. I hope your new laundry roo is finished quickly and you stay healthy. You are in my prayers.

Oh Gerry, I will be praying for you and especially that your home owners will cover the damages and that you get that 'new' laundry room and not get ill with this.

Our insurance didn't cover one thing. Said they don't cover ongoing things! Just sudden losses!

Insurance companies. You got to love them or not. I hope everything will go smoothly
