Irina Coaster by Embroidery Neccessity . The green one is the right size. I played around with the other one. Made it slightly larger by using Easy Sizer and by using PE design and dragging the corners out to fit into the 5 x 7 hoop didn't turn out too bad. I know that you aren't supposed to enlarge lace. The Green Coaster has Satin in the centre and the Apricot one has Damask.Hope you like

Looks good to me. I have had to resize a little of the lace that I have done, and it seems to work, if you don't do too much... Too pretty to use asa coaster.

Thank you so much. I have resized some Criswell when I did my Federation Quilt (made all the lace and motifs for that one.) Was just a bit close but didn't look too bad. Wouldn't win any prizes for it though

Looks great! I know many people say not to do it. However, I also tried it with 4D Extra and it turned out great. I increased the center of a doily to make matching coasters. It looked just like the original but larger.

Glad I'm not the only one that experiments with lace. Have you ever had any that doesn't do the original justice ?
