Here is the E in the series of fsl alpha coasters. It will fit in a 4x4 hoop and takes about 45 minutes to do.Each day I will upload two letters. Be sure to check back everyday until all of the letters are. Let me know what you think and if you stitch any out be sure to upload pictures for all to see. Enjoy.

Thank you. My little Ella will love this coaster for her sippy cup.
I've just worked out that 26 designs at 45 minutes each plus 5 minutes a design to cut the new design out of the old stabiliser and put new stabiliser in the hoop takes 5980 minutes - that's 99.666... hours - that's 4.15 days. But we have to eat and sleep and eat again, so say I work at these designs for 4 hours every day until they are finished, it will take me 16.6111.. days to complete the set. Now there are only 13 pairs of letters in the alphabet so that means, roughly, that if I do the two new designs each day as they appear I should be able to keep up with you ..... with 3.6111 days to rest up when they are finished!!!

I just have to laugh, that is so true. I figure I just do 4 per day =180 minutes a day until I stitch all of them out. No cutting out of the stablizer until all are stitch out. That way I save time. Wash them all at the same time, lay flat to dry and I am done. Also to save more time I precut my stablizer to size, it makes it easlier for me to work more quickly. Don't work to hard becauuse it is all about fun.

Thanks. Can anyone recommend what kind of fabric should be used for a coaster?

This is a free standing lace coaster. But if you want to use a backing I would suggest felt.
