Gayle, I also take the tissues out of the plastic and refold them to put in this type of pocket. Hugs Yvonne

I take the tissues out of the plastic package and put them in the holder - then I can get any type of tissue that is cheap. I have the new set from designs by sick and they are very easy and nice. I tweaked it a bit by overlapping the two pieces for the front opening (by laying them down that way) because I did not like the gap. I am going to try to use their base design for the holder and add different things for the front - my GD LOVES dolphins and I have a little tiny one I may try - then put her name on the other side.

Sounds Like a good idea, taking the tissues out. I made the one with the lady bugs on and it is really cute but it does have a bit of a gap. I thought I might just had stitch a bit on each end.
thanks

Designs by Sick has a set. One was a freebie a couple of days ago. But I didn't get the instructions.:( Doesn't look too hard though!

I've stitched out 5 of them already, they are really nice, and you are right, very easy.
