I'm back and I did find one from about.com. This one is pretty basic but you can dress it up depending on what fabric you choose! Check it out.
Hope someone can use this- they also have a newsletter you can sign up for and the newsletters often list new projects and patterns.

If you want to buy one, maybe try the searching for the pattern Company's then tool belt. eg McCalls - toolbelt pattern.

Hi! Are you looking for a pattern to sew or an ith embroidery project? Cassandra's has an ith hoop one. Let me look around because I know I've seen others. Please let me know which kind of pattern you are looking for.
