Its beautiful! ANd the pictures are of great quality to !!! Well Done!!!!
It's so wonderfull, did you sew it out on white-on-white or was it done on white felt?. No joins are showing. My best friend is called Dolly and I am GK and spend a lot of time just outside Riyadh.
My snowmen are in red and sewn on medium weight bleached Muslin. There were no joins, one continue piece. YOU'RE IN KSA, I thought I was the only one!
Thanks Ethan!!
What a nice job you did of making it look seamless.

A lot of work! You did a great job! You have earned the right to be tickled!
Thank you! Actually, if you look close there is a scalloped edge all the way around, that took work to clip!!
Looks so cute dolly you have done a great job...but I sure wouldn't want anyone sitting on my sofa with that lovely banner draped across the back....Reminds me of when my children were small and we were in Florida for the holidays, they used spray snow on the trailer windows "Let it Snow" the snowbirds were not impressed LOL ... *4U x0x0x0

Hi Dolly GK. Your embroidered Holiday Picture is just so nice. I spend winters here in Saudi, I miss the snow also but it is back to the Emerald Isle on Thursday, sorry to be leaving but its getting a tad too hot. G
Enjoy!! I ALWAYS tell people I meet that after a few years in Saudi that they would never complain again about rain or hot days back in their home countries LOL
And then there's people like me who hate the snow - LOL! But that's probably because where I live (Castlegar, BC) there is snow usually 4-5 months of the year and I have huge driveway that constantly needs shoveling.
That being said, I moving back to the West (wet?) Coast this summer. Looking forward to moving back "home" though....good ol' Vancouver, BC, Canada!
And me, living in Jeddah where we get ONE medium rain a year, talk about desert!!
We are in Cranbrook B.C.(lots of snow here too!).I still prefer the snow to the rain though...we moved here from Vancouver several years ago. That being said, there is still no place like B.C., Canada eh!!
Your banner is soooooo nice. Your placement is perfect. I wish you snow!
Beautiful work on your banner. These snowmen are all so adorable :)
Dolly, we can all say - we knew you when. Great work and glad you got to be featured.
I love them, they are so sweet. I have a friend that love snowman and I have collect them, so I know now what to make for her this coming Christmas. Thanks
I clicked on and my response was, "Oh my gosh, gorgeous." And my second response was,"Oh, I have been collecting these also." Another iten on my to-do list.
You did a wonderful job on this! Congratulations on being show-cased online! I think I might just have to go and pick up some of the snowmen from Charming Station! I usually do not collect very much redwork but this turned out just great!
L, it's so hard to 'not' collect all those freebies, you never know when you might use them he he
