www.emblibrary.com has several realistic parrot designs, but I didn't see that particular one. Needlepassionembroidery.com has a couple. The link is to a blue-crowned conure at stitcherymall. I did a specific search but nothing came up.

Embroidery Library has a number of realistic parrots - not free but they run really good sales all the time.
