Hi How do you post a project with a picture? I keep trying, but keep getting errors, and it won't take. Any help is appreciated. Suzanne.

I refigured it, and yes, the picture was too large a file. I need to keep it below 3mb to upload.

I re-tried to post the picture. It is in a jpeg format. It is a 4.26mb file, which should be OK. I tried to load it from both my destop, and my pictures file, but its not working. What am I doing wrong?

Suzanne, make sure you are in the PROJECT section. That you photo is saved in .jpg format and that it is smaller, say a 7x5 or 5x7 or the similair. You can get to the PROJECT section through MY ACCOUNT - MY PROJECTS - POST PROJECT - give your project a title, so that we can locate it later, if we choose to do so - give it a full discription, so that we all know as much info as you want to share about your project, so you will not have to answer questions later - UPLOAD IMAGE by clicking the BROWSE button and finding it on your PC - then give it a TAG - so that we can do that search for it later when we want to view it again. NOW, click SAVE and your project will come up with a picture of it - if you followed the steps properly. ENJOY and SHARE often.
