Grafiau, I would go to this site and search around. She does alot of smocking. Did not take the time to go thru everything, just thought this might give you a place to start. H&*

I have not done the machine smocking yet! I still hand smock for my 3yr old daughter! But my friend keeps pushing me to try it! I need to soon. I purchased a few of Elizabeths Embroidereies and Tiny Nays. But haven't sewn them out yet. Maybe soon!!

Not yet, but I intend to. I've seen beautiful baby heirloom dresses and bonnets. I agree with Shirlene that the best site is Elizabeths. I first saw her site featured in "Sew Beautiful" magazine--just beautiful stuff. I used to belong to her google group, but got fed up with all the emails--unbelievable!

I am sorry I have not but I have thought about doing it for a few years to make lovely dresses for my Grand daughters.
I have saved it in my favorites this link

That's smocking by hand I think. Done that, but I never done it by machine.

Ruth, I have never done it - but if I were to try - I think I would try Elizabeths Embroidereies - elizabethsembroideries.com
