Have you looked under the software tag on the left? This question has been asked so many times in the past, you'll find quite a number of answers there.
It's a matter of personal preference and the price you're willing to pay. And the most expensive programme is not necessarily the best in this case.

And what software you choose has nothing to do with your machine - unless you need ART - as all programmes can use most formats. ART being the only exception.

You can get a program, but I think it depends on what machine you have.
