Take it from a teacher. She will be so touched by your kindness that it will not be a big thing. That was very sweet of you to remember someone that doesn't always get the "gifts" they richly deserve for doing what they do for our children.
You sound a bit like me. I'm sure you made a hit with each of them *
I messed up a Bible verse. Customer bought it at the Christian Book store, took it home , framed it and showed to hubby before they gave it as a gift. Hubby noticed the mistake and I was able to correct it. Funny thing, so many people had looked at it ,but not picked up on the error. Thank goodness for hubby. I stitched a towel for her for all her trouble. Kay
Well I am glad to see I am not the only one who has done this LOL!
OH my goodness, I just bet that she was thrilled to have the gift and it didn't matter to her so much - at least you were not her student and she couldn't fail you - Hehehe!
I did a gift for someone with the last name that ends in an s and I forgot to put the apostrophe at the end of the name. I put it before the s instead. Back to English class for me.
I misspelled the name of a friend. Her name is "Melanie". I made blankets for all the girls in our club. Then I found I had spelled her name "Melonie". She was so nice not to make a fuss. I found out on my own and made her a new one. I was very embarrassed too. I took pictures of both them :o)
OHHH, you are so wonderful to do this for them!! I bet that teacher will love hers just as much weither its a C or a K. Bless you and hugs. just goes to show we are not perfect all the time. Besides if that the worst thing you did all week. In my book you are doing just GREAT !!! have a wonderful day
