Michelle
I have a Viking Desinger 1 and an older Viking #1Plus machine.
I am not fond of Sulky thread and I find it to be expensive.
There are so many other good threads out there that I don't even consider buying sulky.
Many with Viking machines have problems with Sulky I am not sure why as it does run okay in my machines.
Let me know if you try the Admelody thread from BFC-Stash, I think you will like it too.
Wonderfil thread is here in Calgary and I like it but the price is very high even at wholesale prices
For the 5000 meter cones it is $10.00 wholesale and around $12.00 retail.
So I buy from the USA.
BFC-Stash's Admelody thread is 1/2 the cost of Wonderfil and Madeira.

Welcome to the Cute family. It is always delightful to meet new friends in the embroidery world.
Hi Again Michelle
The SuperB thread sounds like it is a lighter weight as they refer to it as being used for small lettering etc..
I wonder if it will work well in other types of designs and give good coverage in a design.
Do you know what weight it is?
Most regular embroidery thread is 40 weight.
Yes their stabilizers look to be reasonably priced.
It is the shipping cost that can be high even within Canada.
Are you located near Super Punch?
I am in Alberta.
What embroidery machine do you have?
EastWitch2
I live about 40 minutes drive from Superpunch. Shipping is apparently reasonable.I pick up myself. Their thread covers very well. We are 5 using it and really like it.Stabilizers very good. I compare thread to sulky and I like it better.I have a viking quilter 2 .My Super B color chart states (for high speed emb. 800-1400 stitches per minute.
Hope this helps.
Michelle

J'ai aussi essayé différentes sortes d'entoilages et je trouve qu'elles travaillent très bien. J'encourage celles que ça intéresse à l'acheter chez Superpunch.
Danielle
Just wanted to say, "Welcome and I'm glad you are here.";)
Allo Michelle
Bienvenue sur ce site qui est très intéressant. Je suis du Nouveau-Brunswick et j'achète mon fil chez Superpunch et je trouve que c'est une bonne qualité pour le prix.
Danielle

Hi Michelle!
I am Canadian and I buy thread and most of my supplies from the USA.
I just had a look at the Superpunch website and I see that they only sell Polyester thread, Madeira and their SuperB.
I buy my thread from BFC-Stash in the USA and have it shipped to Alberta. I do get a discount if I buy over $75.00 US in thread.
And I find even with the shipping it is a very good price. And it is cheaper than buying wholesale in Canada and having it shipped.
The thread is very high quality and has great sheen.
Comes in many colors and shades of colors.
Have a look at it and see how it compares.
You may want to order a cone or 2 and try it to compare it to the thread from SuperPunch.
