Such a nice place to be creative& I'm sure you're enjoying it too.Looking forward to seeing your projects. Thanks for sharing& God's blessings.:~D
It looks great Ros, I can't wait to see it in person!!! Your son is certainly a good craftsman. Hugs Claire
Very well organized Rosly. Here you are guaranteed to have many new ideas for the coming projects. Gr Hilde
thanks Hilde. Yes , so much easier to find too. I'll have to stop looking at the cupboards and get working won't I
Your cupboards and drawers will be wonderful once you are fully organized. I recently moved my sewing room into the bigger guest room as it wasn't used all the time and bed fitted into the old sewing room. The extra space is great but I keep having trouble finding my goodies that I need but after a while it "all comes back to me!!!" LOL
i know what you mean. I can find things a lot easier now. Can spend my time "sewing" instead of searching
Wow, you son did a fantastic job on your cupboards and storage space. Hmm, think I will have to borrow your excuse as to why I need to fill my shelves as well! LOL
Works for me. hehehe Good luck. Us sewing ladies need all the shelves and cupboards . It makes us happy little sewers heheh
Roslyn I coyld fill this and probable have left overs. I have got to get out some stuff I need to work with.and I just hate to go in to the storage unit.
I still have a few spots to fill. No doubt down the track a bit I'll get to fiil them. I gave SO much stuff away I had for a long time didn't use it so out it went
Roslyn , this looks great. Your son did a fantastic job. thanks for sharing - hugs Yvonne
Ta much Yvonne. Yes he did. i know he does this sort of thing for a living.BUT to get him to do something for his old MUM .. "nough said hey
Roslyn, this is wonderful - I would love an area with this much storage to use and fill up.
The area I have used to be the "entertainment" area of sorts. Then the kids left home and no more parties or if there was. everything had to be shoved up into the corner. Now yippeee no more storage boxes. I can sew, sew, sew
Love what you did with the 'mess'. It looks great.
Thanks. I still look at it and think where did I put it all. I had so much stuff. My sewing friend got a lot of fabric for her charity and my girlfriend got Lots and Lots of wool for her Charity.
I envy you I would have been to the shops and just had to add a bit to my collection if had so many drawers and shelves.
You've got it. I have been to the shops to buy a bit more for a couple of projects I want to do. Had no fabric that suited. As is the way, It's why we build up a "stash"
wow .. your son should go into the business of orginazition of sewing rooms.. this is wonderful..
thank you my sew. He works for a firm called "D & S Cabinets" which specialises in Kitchens He also built my kitchen years and years ago. He want to do another remake. But no... Rather buy another machine. hehehe
