I have gotten alot of the alphabets through membership no problem, but for some strange reason when I try to view the wedding font one-it shows it in my files of downloads but when I try to view it on my customizer to put on an ATA card-nothing shows up??? All the other ones do, so it's not anything wrong with my program.

i purchased a yorkie dog head design and when i opened it up to use the eyes, nose and mouth were missing, i conntacted the vender and complained about it. Did i feel a total idiot when she informed me that the missing bits didn't show because they were white. But, she did thank me for bring it to her attention and she had now changed the white to pale grey so tht i would show up better.

Whew; glad you got it solved.

Isn't white on white scary at times. Try changing your background to a color and it will show up. It is a beautiful font.

I have the wedding font. Is it possible that you can't see it because it's white? I can't see the design in one step of my loading it to my USB stick. But it was there.~Nancy

ah ha- never thought of that- it's worth a shot-I'll try putting a letter on my card and see what happens. Kinda strange tho-how do you know if it's there if you can't see it? right? OOOOOOO spooky lol. Thanks Nancy-I'll let you know how it comes out (IF) Linda

Thank you, thank you, thank you Nancy- you were right-I put it on my machine and it working-just comes up invisible on the computer screen but shows up on my MC9700 display. Guess if I had tried it in the first place I wouldn't have had to ask such a silly question~~Linda~~
