Perhaps anyone can help:

I served at internet (as I do often) with my little one on my knees :o) and she saw the little miss disco cosmic at the site of kunterbuntdesign.de.
She asked me to order and for this is a free design I did. A little later I recieved a code via Email to recieve the file from the homepage. I gave in the code and downloaded the design. My daughter brought me a shirt and a skirt she wanted that little miss on but as I tried to depack the file and convert with my embroidery programm the file of the little miss could not be found. So I tried once again and the same happend. I don´t know what went wrong because my software tells me I have to put in the data-cd with the file on it ??!!
I wrote two emails at sonia from this site, but until now I didn´t get any response.
And now my little one is sad and I don´t now what to do...
Has anyone of you perhaps also downloaded little miss and similar problems? Or does anyone know what to do correctly so that I can stitch it out ?
