24424I had the same problem but thank god my husband is a computer geek. Its hard to explain over the computer.-lol. One of the digitzers here might be best at explaining. Now, if you willing, make a trip to beautiful east Texas, come stay with us, we'll have a blast and I'll show you all I know. I'm also arranging all my files in special folders to be able to find them--lol. I have thousands now thanks to this site and you need to be organized. What program you using? My husband downloaded a free one called pulse ambassador that a wonderful cutie suggested to me. I was getting these files that said they were corrupted and deleted a few before I realized I just need to convert them, so don't delete. That one is pretty easy to use. Try it, maybe thats what you need. Hope that helps

My son is a computer geek also, he works for a computer company designing websites and stuff I will never understand but he moved out of town 3 years ago and I am lost without him. I have been emailing back and forth with him this evening so he can try and figure out what I am doing wrong. But a trip to TX sounds great! I have 2 cousins who live in TX and have invited us to visit, the one has a home like I will probably never even get to step inside of, beautiful! I started to organize mine into files but they were not on my PED-basic so I didn't see what good it would do to put them in special files if they were not in my PED so I could put them on the card.
