Would anything like this do? I just bought 3 meters of the stuff and took those measurements. It fits the 4x4 hoop and is 1/2" wide.

I put rick rack on the edge of my bibs, that would be so great to do, thank you, anyone who would try to do it, I'll be watching !!!
