Here in the UK different cards charge different, mostly when using abroad.When you use them in the UK you do not pay a charge, just the retailer who sells the item pays and you can than spend small or large amount makes no difference.Some cards you can use free in Europ and others you pay 3 pounds minimum charge each time you use it.
