It's really beautiful and a very good idea to add an embroidery on a painting. Is the painting on silk ?

this is not a painting it is actually needle felted with wool and barbed needles the meachine wok is done on top to accent it.

Beautiful work Ann, what sort of size are these? What sort of framing are you using?

most of them are 6X7 but i can do any size i purchase card mount that will fit the size frame i wish to use and then simply lay the felted design down and place the aperture frame mount on top the main frame is then put over and the entire turned so that the backing can be fitted.
i hope this will explain.I have just completed a small 4x4 inch tile for hanging.

Lovely landscape!! The embroidered tree fits in perfectly. You know, I've an embellisher I hardly ever use, the 3D sketch program that enables making designs that look like free-hand embroidery (perfect for those trees) and a bag full of carded wool meant for felting that I bought in Norway last May. I should really get into this, it looks so beautiful.

Great! Is it a picture to frame it?
The embroidered trees gives the picture with the clear texture an extra touch of the uncomfortable weather in autumn-cold, wet, brrr

Do you make one for summer? Or spring?? With some sun??
You are really gifted
