Do you have a bigger hoop you could try? What programme do you use to change format?Ouch!to the needle.Your machine should warn you that there is going to be stitches out of the embroidery Area.
Hope you get it right!

Actually the Alphabet in question is from "From The Needle Of Anne", FTNOA for short. Not a huge deal but Annes designs are so lovely lets make sure she gets the credit.

Could you re-size it on your machine? Depends how much smaller you need it to be. And if you are able to, don't forget to 'save' it as a new name, preferably in your machine's memory if you can.

Is your design still centered? Sometimes on changing format I have noticed that the design position changes.

you're right, it did change and i moved it to center on the computer program and when i got to the machine it was back to the same old spot. Do then i used the arrows on the machine to move it down and to the right to centre it but that didn't work either. I quess i will have to make it smalller some how.

You should be able to resize it up to 20% on your machine.

I don't know how to help you. I often reformat, but do not do in the sew. Hopefully someone can help you with this.

Maybe in the course of reformating it got a little bigger. Check the size of the original compared to the reformated one.You may have to decrease the size.
