10530If you celebrate your love for each other everyday, then you will have 13 more,and 13 more, and 13 more up until the time when you are both gone from this world. At 13 yrs. I felt that way but 5 days short of 16yrs our divorce was final. He married one of my so-called friends soon after it was final. The day I asked him to leave, I had finally seen them together after 8 months of knowing and not being able to prove it. I never said a word about it nor did I let him come back after he pleaded to return home. I moved forward and I raised my son, worked hard until I could no longer work because of my health. I never remarried. I did not think I ever wanted to have to go through that again. Keep your eyes and your heart open. May the Lord bless and keep you both!

Oh, by the way, my son was 11 then and he is 43 now. I just told him about a year ago what really happened. If he knew before then, he never said a word and he never even asked. That is whay I think he already knew. I had good friends and people I worked with that would ask about him as long as 2 yrs after he got married again. It was probably the quietest divorce on record! No one believed me when I would tell them that we had been divorced for over 2 yrs.
