My grandson plays football and asked for a towel so a belt could be inserted through it..Velcro is attached so it will break away if a player tries to pull it..These towels range in price from $10.00-$20.00 and sometimes higher. I looked at one online and from that I designed one just the same in a matter of minutes..towel has a center pleat which is sewn in place.
The players wear these on their belts of the uniforms..
