Yes and is very fustrating. because even if I change the colors in my soft ware it is good to have the original. After I save the design I then go to my 4D software and print out the design sheet and it converts to my thread choices.
yes the last few times it shows no color when I print it out.
Yes, it happens to me all the time. I get some colors or once in a while all of the colors. I try to refresh the page and I still get some colors but it may be a different batch than the first time. I could do it 3 or 4 times and get a different set of colors every time. Happens on the sister sites too.
I never use the colorcharts, I just use the thread colours I have in my collection
I rarely use the color charts either, except as a guideline. I choose a design and then use the colors that fit the color scheme that I am using. For example, I am making a baby quilt and the backing is a frog print. So I am using the frogfont but the first thing I changed was the color of the frog to a brighter green. Then I am making the letters in colors that will coordinate with the colors in the backing print.
Sorry I can't help you. I'm not that organized. LOL... I use the color chart (maybe) on my machine that shows up when I'm ready to sew, and also on the Pulse Ambassador, at the bottom shows me the colors in the design. I normally change the colors from what it calls for. But I hope you are able to fix your problem...
it just helps me to know in which track the colors came cause my display on the machine is very small und you can*t always see exactly which part is now activated.
I'm just organized in my embroidery-files but I have neighbours who clean their doorway with the hoover (no other hobbies? ;o)
I never print them all out (that would need to much space :o) but I save them with the design in a file.
Made a picture how it looks when I open the colorchart attached to the cutiesdesigns. You can't see a color just the numbers and I didn't use Madeira :o(
I usually print a colourcard on my printer from the design. Try that. Marie
