hoop stablizer and felt, sew all but last outline, then slip another piece of felt under hoop and sew last outline.Add ribbon, you can skip eyes and use buttons and add whiskers. Thank you sewmom for the PES

The old pes version read the last 2 colors stops as one color and did not stop to let you add the second fabric. This one reads the last color as a different color so it will stop the machine (you can use the same color if you want of course).
