As it is oke you will find the letters in the paperclip. It means just that you can use the letters for yourself and not for sale, download etc. Just privat give aways. I had the same letter. Good luck with it, Yvonne By the way it is Dutch.

it means that you cant give away or sell the paterns. because thats what happends in the past

In Dutch the translation is:

"It's really not meant PATTERNS SOLD / passed !!!!!"

Sorry, but I can not do any better. Some of the Cuties from the Netherlands might help you with a better translation.
