Went to KC this week and we stopped at the quilt store in Olathe. It was a very nice store.

Live 7 miles west of Wichita in Goddard. My parents were from Chanute Kansas and we lived there for a while. My daughter was born in Chanute. Independence is not far from Chanute. Independence is quite different than San Diego.

I know where Chanute is. Went out there a few months back to WallMart to buy a laptop computer. I have relatives in Parsons. A LOT of them. One son lives here in Independence. Independence was a big shock to me after living in San Diego for 31 years. But I am getting used to being here now. When I go out to Salina to see friends we will have to meet somewhere for lunch.

Yes. I live in Goodland.

I know where Enid is. My mom and dad lived in Oklahoma for a while

Thanks everyone for the response and welcome. This has been a great site so far. Won't have much time to spend on here now that school will be starting back up. I am a teacher and volleyball coach so will stay busy through October.
