Teri, it is so good to see that you have posted your project, finally - I love to see how this is coming together - hope you bring it with you on Friday - so I can see the progress in person. Hehehe! GREAT WORK!
This wonderful Terre! Good end taste and creativity, congratulations! bjs
Looks very nice, I may have to copy your idea, hope you don't mind.

Terre this is beautiful. What a great idea! It looks like you have all kinds of fabrics from velvet to linen/silk? The colors are lovely too.
Yes, I've been saving up. I've tried to use the plushes and silks too. Yard sales, old clothing, & fabric from my MIL after she passed have found their way into this quilt.
I love crazy quilts-great way to use up scraps that would otherwise be piling up unused(and I DO have alot of that). I especially love your peacock! Where, if you don't mind me asking, did you get that design? **linda**
I just adore crazy quilt. Have to try it some day. Good job!
I think it's a beautiful first project! I especially like the peacock feather.
Like Dianne I use stitchouts as quilt squares. This is quite different! Lovely!
wooooow, looks fantastic.....it´s "crazy"! Hugs Hilde
What a good idea. Thanks for sharing with us. *4U
Wow! What a wonderful idea! I've used stitchouts for quilts, but only in squares, nothing as nice as this! Love and a flower from Dianne x x x
I like the unusual, but it is pieces of fabric, old clothing. Some left to me when my MIL passed. It will be a treasure if I ever get it done.
Thanks for sharing your 1st embroidery project with us all. I think it is a great idea to use the designs that you have to make a quilt. *4u - Hugs Yvonne
