hi, I think you are talking about the set that was free on PNW yahoo group (link below). it has been completed and is for sale on their site (link below). the last set was the second part of the set. They said there would be another set of these in the fall I believe.
I stitched a couple of them on a few hand towels for my sister the other day and they stitch great!!!
