Hi again with another problem. I try to download the free designs and it says I cant, does any one have a clue what I am doing wrng

Click on the free design, then it will ask you to choose, format, that will be hus, xxx, pes what ever your machine uses. then it will say under that format Download. Click on that, a window will come up asking if you want to open or save, you choose save & click on what folder you want to put it in. I have no idea what SW you are using to DL so it is difficult to tell you exactly what to do without knowing that. You will DL the freebie exactly how you have been DLing other things. after choosing the format & clicking on DL. *

Look to the left of your screen. Under General you will find tutorial. click on it. I'm not sure if marji has a tutorial for DLing but I think she has. DLing freebies will be just like DLing any other designs.

Hi, I have a brother duetta, and either use zip or Pulse ambasador, this one goes to Pulse and then says (this file has no stitches or is corrupt) its the same every time Itry on here. pes is what the machine uses

if pes is what the machine reads try to DL in Pes format in the way lbrow explained.
