You have probably been asked this before, but did you do a search for one of the files. To do a search on your computer you have to know the exact name of the d/l if it has just numbers it would be hard to find unless you know the numbers. But if it is a cutie file just type that in and all the cutie files you have saved will show up. From there transfer them to your folder you use for your designs. I've had to do this sometimes, because a file didn't go to it's appointed place for some odd reason. But glad you can now go back and find all the files you couldn't find from Cute's designs. Just think of all the ones you couldn't get to before your membership, now you can have them too.

Your downloading problem sounds most strange and highly frustrating. Apart from thinking it could be to do with a virus protector or similar I really dont know what is causing the problem. Well enjoy sewing out the designs you have downloaded

I had a thought that might help. When I am out of town away from an internet connection I call my daughter and give her instructions to download and email me designs like an alpha letter available for only one day. Do you have a friend or relative that could download for you and email to you or someone close by that you could go to and download to a flash drive that you could transfer to your computer? It would be interesting to see if your computer would accept the design files downloaded from a different source instead of directly from the website.

No, sorry to say. I live in a small town and the only person I know here is my daughter and she doesnt have a pc.

I have trouble with a couple other sites, but most I can down load. Found on here if it is a set I can dowload it, a single design I cant. LOL Guess I have the right computer its just wierd.

Glad you are not having trouble with the designs now that you are a member - the freebies are in the designs - so you will get them - if you just start downloading - they are not different.

This is very strange indeed. There just has to be a step you are leaving out. Carol

Can you download free designs from other sites? Maybe you have a child lock of some sort on your computer. Margaret
