I always say the more I have to do the more I get done. Just finished making 15 dresses for Nancy's notions. Will get them in the mail this morning then I can start a new project.

My husband has read the replies and suggests that the husbands get together to sort out our (or their) problems - not sure whose problems it is.

Know the feeling. I am retired, widowed, and all kids are out of the nest. The only resposibility is my house and german shepherd and still I am behind with organizing my designs. Today I actually did some embroidery. Yeah.........

well you need to throw the full time job--foster kids---and the grandkids in the picture....

i get up come on here...do some embroidery while i visit...clean up a little while keeping the foster kiddos
organizes somehow....get ready for work,,,come home at midnight and play some more on the computer.....start all over again the next day...need to cut something out and put a little more sewing/embroidery in there...maybe the cleaning would work.....deanna

It is good to know that we are not alone with this issue, like many of you I know i spend a lot of time between Pc and machine, and like many of you my DH is always complaining about the time I spend in PC, well at least I am not in a Mall spending money or playing poker. LOL

Well, all of this is addicting! But, I do get up early and once the cattle are taken care of, chicken and rabbits feed and watered, breakfast and kitchen cleaned up, it's PLAY TIME! I dust and vaccum Mon, Wed, and Fri. Sometime in between the laundry might get done. Just love it!!! Carol

hehehe.... I'd get a lot more done if I stayed OFF the computer. But I need it to get the designs I use. LOL That's my story and I'm sticking to it! It is good to know I'm not alone in this quest of projects that may never get completed cause something else come up that is more fun...I'm glad I found this website. It beats FB anyday...Terre

Its good to see that the problem is wide spread. LOL I am alone so I am on here a lot. No trying to organize all the things I downloaded and put on cd's so if this thing dies I wont be in withdrawels. LOL

My house is a mess and I disgust myself, lol! I am on the computer for hours on end but hubby likes us to watch our TV shows together in the evening but I run into the computer room every hour to see what SICK had put up and then I end up looking for designs here and reading posts and giving out flowers and he will yell that the commercials are over so I gotta run. lol! If my kids were still living here we would really have a problem!

Well, if I didn't have to go to work, I'd surely get a LOT more done. By the time I get home, I have to push to do things. Sigh

I totally agree....LOL
I use to wait until cuties put up the new freebies for the day, but I never got anything done. Now I will check email and stuff then go sew and get the freebies after lunch. I have more than I will ever use but it is addicting....and so much fun....

Good evening Mommadooks,

This made me laugh - I am in my sewing room - have the ironing board out, the sewing machine on and watching television on my computer - so you see it can be done - but, I must admit I'm not actually sewing!!!! I'm actually watching Numbers!!!

May be tomorrow I'll actually do some sewing and as they say tomorrow is another day Ha Ha Ha!!!

I usually sew and have the television on if there is a good movie or series - then I can do the ironing too. I did actually get to make 4 sets of mittens for my grand-daughter though today!

Love and blessings Chris
