THANK YOU crafter 2243, she helped me figure out why I coudnt download the free single designs. It was me, I was clicking on open instead of save. LOL I feel so much better now.

Iva, I'm so glad Reva was able to figure it out. I forgot about that step, because mine bypasses it. :) It's wonderful to know we have so much knowledge on this one website... :)

No mess up. Important is that you received help.

I only offered to help. You must have gotten the answers from somewhere else or you figured it out. I don't want to take credit for something I didn't do :-)

It seems I know things about the computer my kids don't know and they know things I want to learn. I feel blessed to have support a phone call away. They still make fun of my own computer language. It takes them a while to figure out what I'm talking about and then they laugh at me. Glad you got downloading sorted out ~ it sure can be frustrating.

Glad to hear someone was able to help you get it straightened out. I have had many bumps to get over and cuties have been a great help to me. I am so glad I found this site and have no idea how I did!
