Sound a excellent service to me. As I regularly say here my dealer is a good 2 hour journey each way. Met my closet Cutie friend today and her machine had just come back from being cared for. Our dealer says he is very busy with repairs at the moment. Personally it is worth going to someone you trust and gives excellent service.

Yes I think that is very reasonable service. I'm from a small medium size town so I'm always shocked when they call up the next day to come and get my machine. :)
