When is the daily free design available? UK time please

Without daylight saving time the change over is midnight in Western Australia and we are 7 hours ahead of London which puts your change over time around 5pm. Best to check around the same time each day.

It varies, but I usually find it around 11AM EST. I don't know what that translates as UK time, but I am on the East Coast of the US. That is not a definate time, just what I find to be mostly true.
