Welcome to Cuties... You aren't specifying what you need help with. Did you get it from a local dealer? Is it new and under contract? Would it be cheaper to buy a new instead of replacing? These are things that might help others help you.
Again, Welcome the the great site that has wonderful ppl here.

What kind of help are you needing? I do not know what you are asking for. Do you need suggestions or are you planning on carrying to the dealer and getting it fixed? My suggestion would be to purchase a new machine if you can afford it. I also have a practically new XL100 that was my 1st embroidery machine. It is old but has had very little use because I had a 60 hr a week job. By the time I got where I could delegate some time to my emb. I went out and found another machine that I fell in love with and as soon as I got it paid for, I went and bought an even newer machine. I have 2 Babylocks, the Esante and the Ellageo. The newest machine is the one I use all of the time unless I need to do 2 things at once. The Singer has a beautiful stitch and I have some great designs (memory cards) for it so I hate to get rid of it. The value of it has dropped so much over the yrs that it would be like giving it away. I see you are very new to Cute so I would love to give you a big welcome! I hope you love this group as much as most of do! It is a very nice place to spend some down time. The members are very nice and friendly and Ms. Veronika that owns this group site and several sister sites keeps a clean site for all of us to share plus she has some wonderful designs for all of us with daily free designs. We really do have some very talented embroideries with alot of knowledge about their craft! Look around, read the tutorials that have been prepared for the newbies, join in and enjoy!
