I downloaded this freebie some time ago but as my granddaughters wanted a flower for their hair this is what I did.
The sparkles are done with hairspray and ultra fine glitter.
I fastened a long coloured hairgrip to the back

I spent and hour at the site, it's beautiful & "close" but not the site for the flower displayed. Thank you anyway.
