You've had some good suggestions. Local drug stores and other small stores are often not up to speed on the latest big capacity cards so you may try them. I am not at all sure the large capacity cards will work from what I read on some lists.

Hi, I spent a fortune buying as many CFC as I could, from local shops, from ebay and while having stop overs in international airports when flying overseas. Now I must say that I could have saved myself the expense and frustrations just by buying a couple and keeping all the designs on my laptop (do not forget to back up all the designs on a CD) and transfering the emb designs as I needed them. Good Luck! Mary

Check out camera shops. I bought several of the smaller cards at a local store that specializes in selling cameras. Good luck.

Janet, the 300e wont read anything greater than 512mb, I have been picking the smaller flash cards up off ebay, if you are reluctant to buy online give frank a call from homecraft at windsor gardens, if anyone can help it will be him. He is a Janome Dealer, cheers Ruth Adelaide
